Review Service — Not sure what your card needs? Start here. We'll assess your card's condition and provide a service level recommendation. If you decide to proceed, you can upgrade to Basic or Full Restoration and the Review fee is applied toward your service.

Basic Restoration focuses on surface-level cleaning and preservation. This includes removing dirt, fingerprints, and light surface grime, as well as addressing minor edge wear and reducing scratches. It's ideal for cards that are in generally good condition but need a refresh.

Full Restoration includes everything in Basic plus advanced techniques for structural issues like creases, bends, dents, and indentations. Our technicians use specialized methods to reduce the visibility of creases and restore the card's overall appearance. Full Restoration is recommended for cards with noticeable damage that affects their presentation.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on current volume and the complexity of your cards:

Review Service — 10-14 business days (assessment only)
Basic Restoration — 1-4 weeks
Full Restoration — 2-8 weeks (more time needed for crease and structural work)

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not completely satisfied with your restoration, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your cards. We'll work with you to make it right, including offering credits toward another restoration. Your satisfaction is our priority.
